All drivers must be at least 23 years old, and have 2 years of verifiable experience.
Owner operator vehicles must pass a stringent vehicle inspection, and must carry bobtail liability insurance.

All driver applicants, whether company drivers or independent contractors, must satisfy FMCSA Driver Qualification requirements, be drug-free, and have an acceptable MVR driving history.
